With offices in Chicago and San Diego, our focus is on industrial sites that can be repositioned for commercial, recreational or residential use. We look for larger sites in urban markets undergoing the early stages of gentrification.

Managed by an experienced and dedicated team of professionals with an established track record, we have the resources and a national network of relationships to successfully acquire and redevelop brownfield sites into vibrant new uses. Our blend of traditional development services and state-of-the-practice brownfield redevelopment skills makes us unique and allows us to provide a turnkey development solution. Terra Vita is experienced in environmental assessments, negotiating cleanup objectives with state regulatory agencies, managing remediation and analyzing government incentives, as well as structuring transactions, completing due diligence, site acquisition, creating master plans, securing zoning and incentives and managing the vertical development.
