Kevin Noell directs the company’s operations, providing guidance and support for all development and operating activities. His responsibilities include the evaluation, planning and entitlements of new projects, as well as relationships with investors, lenders and joint venture partners.

Kevin has developed over four million square feet of commercial, residential and mixed use properties with a market value in excess of $600 million. Kevin has served on several boards, including the executive board of Valley Commerce Bancorp, where he was vice chairman. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the California Redevelopment Association. In addition, he serves on the board of the National Brownfield Association’s California Chapter.
