Nancy Cook directs the company’s financial and administrative activities. In this role, she manages the underwriting, financing and disposition processes relative to all company projects. This includes review and approval of financial pro-formas, construction and permanent financings and identification of the optimal disposition strategy to maximize project and investor returns. The range of Nancy’s corporate responsibilities also includes general and job cost accounting controls, insurance portfolio management and cash management.
