Robert Colangelo is responsible for directing the company’s outreach, site acquisition and redevelopment efforts. He has been active in the brownfield industry for over 10 years. As founder and CEO of the National Brownfield Association, he has built a national network of public and private sector brownfield experts. As founder of Brownfield Development, LLC, Robert has remediated and repositioned more than a million square feet of environmentally impaired property in the Chicago market. He is the author of three books on brownfield redevelopment and is recognized nationally as an expert on the topic.
